3. Scheduling and Staffing

Professional Team: All cleaning services will be performed by a team of at least two professional cleaners.

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

 

4. Payment Terms

Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and various other payment methods.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

At Karma's Industry, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring that our team's time and resources are respected. If you need to cancel your cleaning service appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour period before the scheduled service will incur a $25 fee.

A "No-Show" occurs when:

  1. Inaccessibility: Our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled service location at the agreed-upon time, but is unable to access the property because:

    • The client or an authorized person is not present to provide entry.

    • Pre-arranged access methods (e.g., keys, access codes) fail or are not provided.

  1. Last-Minute Cancellation: The client cancels the appointment less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time without prior notice.

 

No-Show Fee Details

  1. Fee Amount:

    • A No-Show will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  2. Billing:

    • The No-Show Fee will be charged to the payment method on file or included in the next invoice.

  3. Purpose:

    • This fee covers a portion of the costs incurred by our team, including time, transportation, and scheduling impacts.

 

Avoiding No-Show Fees

To avoid incurring a No-Show Fee, please ensure the following:

  1. Access Arrangements:

    • Be present at the scheduled time and location.

    • If you cannot be present, arrange for a trusted individual to provide access.
